Customer Satisfaction Survey Results 2023

The Move4U team is dedicated on providing our clients with the best possible products and services and overcoming the fear that many moving companies have about adopting technology in their business. To make sure that we achieve that goal, Move4U recently conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey with their clients to measure how well our applications and support meet their needs and expectations.

The results of the research showed that Move4U continue to perform well with an average customer satisfaction rate of 86% and the same percentage willing to recommend our applications to other moving companies looking for pre-move survey and inventory solutions. Further, 90% of clients said that they will continue to use Move4U applications into the future.

Onboarding Quality

Training and helping clients get started is critical to moving companies having a successful experience with new technology. As a result, we were pleased to achieve an onboarding quality score of 88% from our customers. Working with both small and larger moving companies Move4U customize training around the needs of each client to achieve the best possible outcome, going that step further to help those companies that need more support.

Customer Service

Resolving issues faced by our clients is very important to moving companies continuing with their technology journey and 94% were very satisfied with Move4U’s response to challenges they faced and the time taken to resolve issues.

“Fantastic support team, and perfect application for surveys and inventories,” “friendly people and quick response time,” and “great service with personal touch!” were just some of the feedback.

Our Applications

The ability of our applications to meet expectations and get the job done is obviously the most important key to success. Here eight out of ten clients were very positive about the functionality of Move4U applications. While we continue to improve our solutions based upon customer feedback, comments like “Move4U works very well for me and it's a joy to use” and “I would like more people to use this application,” give us confidence that we are on the right track.
