KHZ International Movers chooses ClaimApp

KHZ announced today that it has selected Move4U’s new ClaimApp software application for its claim handling. One of the Netherlands largest international movers and part of the Noble Mobility Group, KHZ is looking forward to substantial cost savings time and increased control of their claims process.

The ClaimApp is an effective software application for use in cases of household damages or losses. It will provide KHZ’s clients with an easy-to-use electronic form when submitting their claims, while greatly assisting KHZ’s back office and their Underwriter in the verification and further handling of submitted claims.

Mr. Maarten van Zutphen, CEO of KHZ International Movers said “The ClaimApp will certainly help us reduce our costs, make better use of our internal resources. We will be able to really simplify the claim handling process and eliminate wrongful claims much more quickly.”

The ClaimApp, like all Move4U applications, is integrated into the MoveCloud, and provides KHZ with the necessary information and reporting they’ll need to monitor the internal progress of their claims at any time, 24/7.

The deal was signed at the International Association of Movers Expo in New Orleans – a major annual movers conference and exposition.
