Does CrewPro work without an internet connection?
Yes. A prepared job keeps full field capability offline. Actions are queued, processed asynchronously and retried until they succeed, then synchronized when a connection returns. Crews are not switched into a limited emergency mode.
Is Move4U ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified?
Yes. Move4U operates management systems certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. Data can be hosted in the United States, Canada or Europe.
Can crews complete every required document in CrewPro?
Yes. Documents and forms are assigned automatically per move and per task, and required documents, fields and signatures can be made mandatory. CrewPro will not let a crew close the job until they are complete, so paperwork does not come back missing.
Does CrewPro integrate with our in-house system?
Yes. CrewPro connects through MoveDashboard and an open API to move management systems, warehouse systems and company-specific tools, so you keep what already works.
Does CrewPro support ISO 17451-1?
Yes. CrewPro supports ISO 17451-1 inventory requirements and can run them alongside your own company-specific or customer-specific inventory lists, so you can meet the standard without giving up the lists your operation already uses.
What languages does CrewPro support?
CrewPro supports 18 languages. A crew member can work in their preferred supported language while documents are produced in whichever supported language the job requires, independently of the crew's working language.
Which devices does CrewPro run on?
CrewPro runs on iOS and Android phones and tablets, with the same workflow and interface on both.
Can another moving company execute part of our move in CrewPro?
Yes. External Tasks let you assign a job or task to another company, including one outside your van line. They allocate it to their own crew and the work stays part of your move's digital process.
Does CrewPro replace our warehouse management system?
No. CrewPro integrates with your existing WMS rather than replacing it, so warehouse check-in, movement and check-out can run on the same device your crews already use.
Can two people work on the same inventory at the same time?
Not currently. CrewPro does not yet support multiple devices contributing to the same job simultaneously. This is on the roadmap. CrewPro does support jobs that run across multiple days.
